Hotel Services
The hotel offers guests complimentary house car service on a first come, first serve basis for drop offs within a 20-block radius of the hotel. The house car is available seven days a week between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.
In addition, we are delighted to offer guests complimentary car service twice daily to Wall Street*, in New York City's financial district, based on availability. Departure times are 7:15 am and 7:45 am Monday through Friday, and reservations must be made through the Concierge Desk 24 hours in advance.

Departure times: 5:15 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:45 pm, 7:30 pm
Pick-up location: New York Palace 51st Street entrance
